<p>$150 per fee schedule, per provider</p>
<p>Zealous assists in updating fee schedules within your dental software as well as negotiates higher fees with insurance companies.</p>

<p class="small" style="white-space:pre-line">Dental insurance verifications within a 24-hour window of the appointment are considered same-day and an additional $2.00 fee applies.</p>
